We have selected The Fairfield Inn & Suites Tulsa Downtown Arts District as our
host hotel.  The property is located in a vibrant area of the city within walking
distance to many attractions.

We have negotiated discounted rates as follows:

 $134 for Standard King  (sleeps up to 2)
 $134 for Extended King w full-size loveseat sleeper (sleeps 3-4)
 $149 for Double Queen (sleeps up to 4)
 $169 for King Suites (sleeps up to 4)

 

++ 3/02/23 Update-  Thank you.  Thank you.  You have already booked nearly 30 rooms.  In fact, we temporarily sold out of rooms just after the family weekend preview call in February.  Thank you for booking so quickly as it helps us plan.  The hotel has now added additional rooms to our discounted room block, so please book now as you don't want the hotel to fill up.

All rooms feature a mini refrigerator, microwave, free high-speed internet as well as daily complimentary hot breakfast.  In addition, we have negotiated discounted garage parking for $12/night.  Our hotel has a small indoor pool and fitness center, and also offers a free airport shuttle for those traveling through Tulsa International Airport.

Arriving Early/Staying Late?  If you will arrive for the reunion before Thursday, and/or would like to stay later than Sunday, please just call the hotel (918-879-1800) and they can extend your stay at our discounted GLT rate. 

Closest Airport?  You may fly into Tulsa International Airport (TUL) which is 10 minutes from the hotel, or Oklahoma City Will Rogers International Airport (OKC) which is an approximate 1 1/2 hour drive.

Hotel Access?  Our hotel is gated, so upon arrival, you will simply press the intercom button at the garage gate and state the last name for your room reservation, they will then allow you access to park.  Proceed to the 2nd floor for guest registration.  Thereafter, you can use your room key to access all exterior doors as well as the parking garage.
